Starbuck works for CONDOR, not doing any spy stuff because she'd be shit at that, but more standard military-y shoot a thing with the thing stuff.

I sort of like to think she doesn't have very good clearance yet, since she's been around for only six months. Just enough authority where she has to do shit, but not enough that she can actually do anything fun exciting befitting her extraordinary talents. She's too weird of an asset to use as cannon fodder, but not trustworthy enough for Real Super Cool Fieldwork. Maybe that'll change as time goes on.

She probably flies people around a lot, and covets Flora's boyfriend's Sweet Ride.
