also now that Maxxie's in, how does Clint feel about having TWO trash party teens for lunch, since he and Chris probably registered around the same time.

speaking of Maxxie being in, he and Chris will be throwing a house party soonish and I was talking to Pura about ways to convince Tommy to come, so if Araña would be down for that she is absolutely welcome.

AAAND Claire! I am so up for that, he'll probably adjust after like... the fifth assurance that she's fine and tbh it'll be nice for him to know someone who's straightforward after some of the people he was friends with back home

excellent, I'm so down for that. Chris will probably ask Lyra lots of questions about palm reading when you don't have your original hands and also try to get Jon drunk a lot

Clint is taking ALL the trailblazers out, if they're super close he's down with a lunch trio. He just wants to make sure he meets all of them and has some idea how they're doing and so forth.

He's got a soft spot for screwed-up kids who want to do the right thing, since he used to be one, and most of the Trailblazers tend to be at least a little screwed up, so he's protective.

if he meets and invites Araña/Tommy mentions it to her, she will be there, and Tommy will probs come too if only to keep an eye on her but really he should come because DANCING.

And yesss Claire is super straightforward with her emotions and intentions most of the time. She CAN lie or be a little less open, but she doesn't really see the point of it.

Memory manipulator who ironically has no memory of her own life before 3 years ago when she woke up in prison. Currently she works for CONDOR as an agent. She is a bit snarky and competitive but she can be real nice if you get to know her.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: You probably haven't! She is not exactly famous in any capacity, unless you pay really close attention to cyber-terrorist organizations in France and heard about the Memory Hunter who was a lead agent for the Errorists. She doesn't exactly broadcast that she has a criminal background so...

YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you've been working for CONDOR for the past year you may have run into her! Also if you hang out on rooftops at night you may have seen/met her patrolling.

PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: Nothing specific! People to snark with! People to have deep conversations about identity with. Robots may also fill this role.

THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Nothing that will suddenly reveal her whole past to her, since that would result in her booking a one-way ticket to France and she'd be kinda hard to play at that point.

ANYTHING ELSE: NAH

Time traveling, antagonistic fish man who has very recently joined the West Coast Trailblazers.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: If you are from Panem you have almost definitely heard of Finnick Odair. He's a victor and the capitol's most famous private escort. If you are not from Panem, which I realize is more likely, you probably would only have heard of him if you pay close attention to the Trailblazers.

YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you are a Trailblazer you may have met him. Also if you like to strike up conversations with handsome dudes just out and about, he will have been perfectly friendly.

PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: Just friendship! Underwater fights. Mostly friendship though.

MAXXIE OLIVER | STROBE
Bouncy glowy adorable trailblazer.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: If you are into the party scene you may have heard of him since he's a cool dude who gives of good vibes. As a superhero he is not terribly famous though he's been a trailblazer for about half a year.

YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you are really into house parties with lots of illegal activities going on (underage drinking, drugs, the works), you have almost definitely met Maxxie or seen him bouncing through. He actually hosts parties at his house so you may have even been in his kitchen without knowing it since he doesn't know at least 30% of his guests at any given time. If you are a frequent attendee of these house parties and you are also a dude who is into dudes you also may have hooked up with him at some point. If you are a trailblazer you may also have met him via that. He isn't very private about his civilian identity.

PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: I would love to do all sorts of things with this kid! Boyfriends, friends, enemies, dudes he casually hooks up with. I'm cool with it all.

THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Nothing too traumatizing, but otherwise nope!

Criminal mastermind with a massive web of connections and lieutenants, doing all sorts of shady crime, sometimes for hire. Also has a secret registered hero identity as:

Irene Adler/Titian
Gallery owner, registered but retired hero with the ability to paint the future that she doesn't use anymore, still a friendly presence on the Watch and around the city.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: Moriarty you probably have heard of, as the Chessmaster if not under her real name, and definitely if you are a big player on either the good or bad side of things (and TRIDENT may know "he" is among them). Assumed male and powered, and responsible for massive amounts of crimes over the last dozen years.

You may have heard of Irene's gallery in the area, or if you pay a lot of attention to Renaissance painting restorers for some reason; if you paid a lot of attention to low-level superhero teams in New York between 9 and 5 years ago; or if you spent a lot of time on the Watch the past eighteen months or so, since she still pops up there now and again.

YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: As Moriarty... you don't, unless you're part of her organization and pretend damn high up and trusted. But you may have spoken to her lieutenant posing as Moriarty, or spoken to her via text/email, if you've wanted to hire him to do some crime, are TRIDENT, or are just a bad guy in the area (or in New York before the last year and a half).

If you were in New York between nine years ago and a year and a half ago, you may have run into Irene there; she was a D-level superhero who made a lot of friends in the community. Otherwise, you may have spoken to her on the Watch, or if you hang out in galleries and have found hers, she's probably struck up a conversation.

PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: So much crime to be done. She both gets hired and does some hiring, and I'm up for playing with either end. Murders and assassinations, important thefts, kidnapping, information gathering, blackmail, tons of things I am too tired to think of right now, she'll do it all if the job is interesting and the pay is right. She'll also bankroll other people doing interesting or important jobs, so if you play a villain, criminal, or morally-grey vigilante and want to work out them either having been or ending up on her payroll/part of her organization, that's an option.

Irene has friends around, and actively goes out of her way to make friends with people who might give her useful information if she's around them. So either working out pre-established familiarity or making new friends with people in the area would be cool too. She's also headstrong and blunt, so negative CR would be fun too.

And this being Moriarty, I would really love for her to have one or a couple of people to get really obsessive over. This can be platonic or romantic/sexual, but people with massive intellect, particularly interesting powers, or who are just somehow interesting and not boring, even by superhero standards could all ping her radar that way. Heroes and morally strong vigilantes especially interesting (anyone want to be her Sherlock?), but other shady or outright evil people would be welcome too. She's not going to be easy on anyone she's that interested in, so let's talk this out if you're interested, but it could be some fun CR.

I am up for just about anything, mentioned here or not, though, so hit me up.

THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Anyone discovered she's Moriarty right away. Other than that I am basically game for anything.

ANYTHING ELSE: Not having home internet is a bitch. I am fixing that next week and will come off hiatus and be more active, so bear with me till then.
