The barking startles Sun Wukong, and he looks down to see a pure white wolf battling the large lizard [demons]. Wait--looking closer, he sees that the wolf is not battling them so much as fake fighting them, leading them somewhere like a tame sheepdog. He snorts. Figures that he's encountering one of them here.
