Apollo Justice

APOLLO JUSTICE, AKA "AUGE"
Apollo tried to be a teen superhero when he was younger, screwed up and got some people killed, and then decided it sucked and he'd never do it again. Then he went on to become a lawyer, and these days mainly only interacts with the superhero community through his maintained login on The Watch, where he posts as Auge to join in on discussions and the like, even if his views are usually about how dangerous superheroing is and when will you damn teen heroes get off of everyone's lawns and focus on school like NORMAL KIDS.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: You read the newspaper. Apollo's been the defense attorney in a total of five murder trials over the past year, so while none of it was front-page news his name was definitely in there at least a few times.
It's also possible to have heard of Auge, but never in conjunction with Apollo's real name. He last operated with that codename six years ago, didn't do anything noteworthy even then, and otherwise has only been using that name on The Watch network where he can safely be opinionated.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You're involved in law enforcement or the legal system in any capacity. You could have also been involved in one of Apollo's past cases, or even hired him for legal help (or to get a cat out of a tree or something, his law office is pretty loosely operated like that). I'll also accept college/law school/childhood friends.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: I don't have any real plans for Apollo, but I'm up for almost anything! In particular, I'm totally open to his identity as Auge being discovered, though I'd prefer it to happen in a way that doesn't prevent him from posting on The Watch. I'm also not opposed to the idea of him actually getting involved with a team somehow, though be warned that he'll be a hard sell, and he's only a lowly D ranked power level in the first place. He's got a time slowing power that would be far more useful in conjunction with someone else that can do awesome things... and he can also sense when someone's lying, which could be used to uncover any dirty little secrets your characters have hidden, should you want to use it that way. Apollo's a little nosy in general, especially if he thinks the law's being broken.
THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Nada.
ANYTHING ELSE: Despite being a lawyer, Apollo is actually not doing so great financially. It's A Thing for defense attorneys in general in his canon, but for this game it's a combination of some crushing student loans and being in a tiny law office instead of one of those big awesome ones.
