Jack's magic is kind of a lot of mind bending metaphysical garbage but he probably has his own kinds of focal points set up along the coast too.

But now I'm just laughing because this is basically like Peter Parker talking to Spiderman for someone. Jack probably tries to ask questions to wolf without much success.

Yeah, he gets no real answers. He may get paintings magically sent to him a la Celestia! How does a wolf with no paws paint? good question. (answer: her tail) The paintings are not very helpful.

Amaterasu herself is also very squirrelly about the whole mess. Yes, Takamagahara is fine, thank you, we don't need any assistance, it's very kind of you to offer, please go away and stop looking at our poor housekeeping.
