YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: You are in TRIDENT or WebCorp, you're part of the espionage community, you're from San Francisco (she was an independent hero there a few years ago), or you pay attention to major costumed heroes (she's not the most prominent of Alpha Force members, but she's still pretty well known nevertheless).

YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You're in TRIDENT, WebCorp, CONDOR or Alpha Force, or if you've had a run-in with her as a hero or villain (in LA or SF). She has no personal friends because how do you make friends she just doesn't know.

PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: Jessica desperately needs friends and people to teach her how to be a person. She is not good at it. I'd like her to run into some TRIDENT people from her past, if anyone is inclined to app them (or already has someone around who might work?). Other than that, idk, man. Give her something to punch and she will do it (especially if it's TRIDENT or TRIDENT-related).

Newt was involved in CONDOR back in the day so maybe they have some preexisting??

Sure! Idk how long ago he was there, but she joined CONDOR... five or six years ago? Probably closer to six. I assume they would have wanted to get a handle on the non-human aspects of her biology, so maybe he was one of the guys assigned to that? Poking at pheromones or something, idk???

He's been there for at least 10 years SO PROBABLY would have run into each other at some point!
