A cryborg who has worked for CONDOR for about six or seven years now. Inexplicably keeps falling into the thick of TRIDENT plots what with his forgotten godfather being the head of a TRIDENT cell and his ex-girlfriend being a double-agent and that time he got captured and turned into a cyborg. Kinda gone from being a huge dork to being all serious and business all the time. (He's still a huge dork deep down inside don't let the sword fool you.)
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: if you're just super into cyborgs. If you're a member of TRIDENT who's super up on what Dead Cell were into. Honestly he's not that noteworthy.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You've been a member of CONDOR at the same time as him during his, admittedly spotty time as an agent over the last six years. Especially if you're the kind of agent who gets sent in for recon and/or killing people. (If, perchance, you helped to rescue him from TRIDENT after he got all robotted up.) If you're the kind of person who gets into arguments in the street about Godzilla with strangers because you picked out the wrong building.
If you're Solid Snake.PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: In terms of CR I'd super love general friends, esp. people who can coax a bit of his old, dorky self out of him. Potentially people who knew him when he was a Major Nerd before getting all cyborged and shit? Also cyborg friends, hmu.

Or maybe if you heard about some kid flipping out in a school in Pittsfield 4 years ago and using his fear powers in an argument. That's... about it.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You're a member of CONDOR or the West Coast Trailblazers, there's every chance you've seen him around. If you've been seeing a new therapist over the last couple of months it could be him. If you were a member of the Initiative, he was one of the first recruits and was there until it got shut down.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: I'd be interested in someone helping him figure out the source of his powers - or at the very least that they're magic-based since he has no idea what the deal is with those. Also friends are a thing a character like him could super use, he's pretty reserved but also a huge giant nerd. ASLO patients. Let him heal you

An incredibly shiny, happy trailblazer who moonlights as a stage actor/singer/dancer in musicals around the city.
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: He's not terribly famous, but given that LA's musical scene isn't terribly big, his name has probably floated around a little. You also may know of him if you're a teen/young adult and you frequently go to house parties, because he and Chris throw a party at their house like every other week. They're probably known as "those two crazy British guys."
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: Like I said above! If you're a trailblazer, he's probably introduced himself (he's not very private about his 'secret identity' with other trailblazers). If you're involved at all in the musical scene either as an actor or director or audience member, he's probably introduced himself. If you've ever been to any part that he's hosted or been to, you've almost definitely witnessed him dancing around shirtless with beer in hand or a joint hanging out of his mouth.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: I'd love to get into more of his stuff on the trailblazers and have him actually do some superhero stuff. But also more parties.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: Well, you probably haven't, unless you pay really close attention to Trailblazer gossip magazines. He's pretty new and people are probably wondering where the hell he came from, because he's really good with a trident and also he's got a really nice face.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you're on the Trailblazers or you frequent gourmet coffee shops. He spends a lot of time nosing around the city, so you can make up literally any excuse to bump into him.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: Unfortunately she doesn't really leave a calling card. If anything, her calling card is that no one knows what the hell is going on because she's erased herself from everyone's memory. If you work for CONDOR, she's probably a bit infamous around the gym (she's there ALL THE TIME), but otherwise she keeps pretty quiet.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you work for CONDOR, you may have met her. She generally works alone, but she's not totally antisocial and will probably be looking to make or have already made some work-friends. You may also have met her out on patrol, since she doesn't have much of a social life and goes out looking for crime to stop even when she's not on the clock.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: Nothing concrete! Just hoping to get her involved in some shenanigans, maybe push her in the direction of team activities.

Previously an intern at the Los Angeles Times, now a superhero news blogger. Miko has nearly no brain-to-mouth filter and a reckless streak a mile wide; in fact, she seems to make a point of hurling herself into potentially dangerous situations, usually either "in the name of journalism" or "because it was gonna be awesome". She is actually a pretty decent person when you get to the bottom of it, and will do whatever she can for those she cares about, but she's also loud and rude as heck.
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: Mostly either if you happened to notice her name in the Los Angeles times (most likely either as a photographer or from that one time she managed to witness the end of the recent MUSICAL DISASTER(?)) or if you heard about her angry blog post after the Times' article about the aforementioned solving of the musical thing (this is why she doesn't work there anymore).
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you're a superhero, you may have encountered her at the scene of some crime/disaster/something along those lines, in which case most likely either you had to save her or she pestered you relentlessly for an interview. If you aren't a superhero, well, she hangs around the city a lot, often at internet cafes or stores. She's also drawn to death metal and monster trucks, if those are your thing.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: At this point I'm not really desperate for any particular type of CR for her, BUT I'm always definitely open to new CR! Friendly CR if you can put up with her, enemy CR if you can't, whatever. Basically up for anything here.

Escaped convict from an alien prison; actually a very accomplished scientist, but she kind of has a tendency to screw things up for herself by being sarcastic, caustic, paranoid garbage. Currently technically on Earth illegally, but she's at least starting to consider officially making her presence known to CONDOR.
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: You may know her from before she got to Earth if you're involved in the galactic science community, or if you heard about her being arrested for selling cloaking technology to space pirates (or her recent escape from space jail). At this point relatively few people know that she herself is here, though you may have heard about the string of weird, poorly-written posts on the Internet by someone who may or may not have been claiming to be an alien. It was a little hard to tell, her translator wasn't quite working at that point.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: Again, if you are or have been involved in the galactic science community, or if you've been to the planet/galactic prison Incarcecon in the past few years. She hasn't been especially active in meeting people on Earth yet, but that will likely change soon.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: ALL THE CR, Myaxx hasn't done much in the way of forming connections here. She knows like two people, it's a pretty sorry state of affairs. In particular, allies would be appreciated (as would friends if you can manage it, but she'll be a little weird about it), but so would enemies/people potentially interested in putting her back in space jail
where she belongs.THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Her ACTUALLY going back to space jail, at least not just yet. Beyond that, all I can say is that she may be a little difficult to form positive CR with in some cases, but that's not to say I actually have a problem with it.

She recently transferred over from Great Lakes, so if you were familiar with their operations you may have heard of her that way before she got to L.A. Or maybe you heard about some girl at a school in that area biting another student.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You're involved with the West Coast Trailblazers, and/or have been involved with the Great Lakes Trailblazers. You may know her from around town, especially if you go to parks a lot, or you may have talked to her online at some point, where she regularly talks about a variety of subjects in a range of inane ways (subjects include cats, unicorns, sewing, glitter, rainbows...) and uses a lot of emoticons.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: She needs more non-Trailblazer CR at this point! She will try really hard to befriend most people, unless they're complete unforgivable jerks or supervillains.
THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Romantic CR is very unlikely; other than that, nothing comes to mind.

The completely respectable and decent CEO of the biogenetics company RaptorDyne, obviously not involved in any sort of illicit business dealings or supervillain schemes. (Actually a shapeshifting velociraptor with plans to turn all modern animals into prehistoric ones to restore the world to the state it was in when his species was around. He's been experimenting on both animals and humans to meet this goal, and sometimes releases them into the wild. Just generally awful trash.)
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: You probably have if you pay any attention to science things or business things; Raptor Dyne is a pretty big deal. That said, you most likely don't know about the supervillain thing unless you, too, are involved in supervillain things.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You are directly involved in science or business stuff, or have been in contact with him for supervillain things. You may also have met him at some kind of Important Event; he makes a point of maintaining good PR whenever possible.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: Sooo much scheming. Also massive amounts of derision and hatred ranging from "well-disguised" to "extremely poorly disguised", aimed at basically every human, and also aliens whose species have shown an interest in invading Earth because this is HIS planet dangit. Needless to say most of his CR will most likely be either in the form of tenuous alliances or outright enmity, but if someone can get him to actually be okay with them as a person, congrats I guess??
THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: I mean in general anything requiring him to actually be an okay person is super unlikely, and any sort of romantic-ish CR is DEFINITELY super unlikely except maybe in REALLY WEIRD CIRCUMSTANCES considering that his entire species is dead and he thinks most currently-not-extinct sapient species are gross and terrible.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: There's a good chance you haven't, except maybe in the context of "who was that girl in the hoodie running away from the foiled mugging. we may never know". She's trying to be as subtle as possible with her vigilante activities, since she kind of feels bad about breaking the law to begin with.

OR you may not know her through vigilante shenanigans at all, you may have just met her around town at some point. THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Nothing in particular comes to mind, though I would like anything involving mind control or anything like that to be cleared with me first; I'm pretty sure that's typical roleplaying manners to begin with, but it's a big enough Thing for her with a LOT of negative history associated with it that I'd rather know it's coming.

ORI'S LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO 'RECRUIT' and by that I mean 'convince he needs their help and have them do things for him that eventually turns out horrible'. Sovereign is also always recruiting, but is a bit more blunt/direct in his goals and what they accomplish. Both have substantial rewards.
Eventually, I'd like it to become more publicly known that they're one and the same; technically it's not a Secret, but it's more that Ori's abusing the 'whoever would believe such a thing?' attitude except with certain folks.
Basically I want to do more Supervillain shit though, and that seems to include making people Hate Heroes Because They're Terrible, Clearly. Who wants to be slandered? Sovereign is also all the down with things that serve to weaken his enemies (which is everyone who doesn't side with him); shit like starting wars (that don't directly affect his people) and strife is all up in his alley, big or small. As well as the simple pleasure of control and manipulation; it soothes his need to, well, Control. Frustrating/stopping that tends to make him lose a bit of his own...which will definitely be fun to play, if/when he's driven to the point. (Read; please someone plot something with me where he starts showing how much 90% of him is a mask and how he is most definitely not all right by any sense of the phrase. Please.)

He's not exactly world-dominating material, but he does have something of a reputation for destruction and generally jerkishness.
You're somewhat less likely to have heard of Gajeel Redfox. If you have, it's probably mainly in terms of him being some jerk who keeps getting into street fights. Maybe someone caught him eating defective bolts from the auto shop he works in, but that's probably just a rumor brought on by him being scary and weird, and totally not an accurate observation of events that objectively happened.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: If you're a superhero you may have fought him at some point. If you're a supervillain you... still might have fought him at some point, honestly, he's not picky.
Otherwise, you might live near where he does, or you may have gone to the aforementioned auto shop, or maybe you were involved in one of those street fights (somebody find this guy a better hobby).
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: At some point he's going to realize what a piece of crud he's been and start trying REALLY HARD to turn his life around; HOWEVER that's not going to be for quite some time so until then he's mostly just going to be a jerk and make himself a nice deep hole to dig himself out of when he finally starts trying to be a good guy. At some point Sovereign is going to manipulate him into getting even worse. It's going to be terrible.
So in general: SUPER open to any sort of negative CR; I'd also be cool with positive CR, it just may be a little tougher to get because he's so much himself.

Seriously though he won't actually injure anyone whose player has not agreed to it ahead of time, but if you are uncomfortable enough with the possibility of him threatening your character that you would rather try to avoid it or even avoid threading with Gajeel entirely, let me know.
