No gimmicky dinosaur setup this time round, since the game is actually rolling now! If you've got a character you want to try out in this setting, make a thread with them on here, and if you don't, see if you can tag other people with your characters.

Test drive threads can be anything you like, in-person or online, just make it clear which one your thread is when you start it. Make sure to put the name of the character and what canon they're from in the subject, so people know who they are and where they come from.

Can I use test drive threads as samples for my app?

Heck yeah you can, provided the person you threaded it with is cool with that too!

The bank robbers are scattering easily under Lina's explosions, a fair number of them trying to get away, but Lina's not so easily discouraged. "Ohh, no you don't!" she crows as a few of them run underfoot, and she swoops down, hurling a fiery projectile at one of them. "Flare arrow -- wh -- hey! Watch it, kid!"

She nearly grazes Rex, not having seen him in her path until the last minute, but she turns sharply in midair, her cape swirling around her as she veers off course. "Look, if you want to help and not get in my way, make sure those guys don't get away, got it?"

Rex's eyes widened in surprise as the fire bolt grazed one of his gauntlets and leapt back with a yelp, shaking his hand quickly to try and cool the metal. Sheesh, and Providence gave him a hard time about not paying attention. Figuring there was no point in arguing without getting hit by another wayward fire blast, Rex built out his jetpack, flying the perimeter of the fight where the guys in question had been scampering off.

Finally catching up to them he swooped, down, grabbing the back of one guy's shirt and rising again, scanning through the debris for the others.

"How many guys are there anyway?" He shouts back to Lina, still holding the struggling bank robber.

"I didn't exactly stop to get a headcount!" Lina shoots back, a little exasperated. Use your eyes, kid, will you? But she pauses to scan the ground below and assess the situation. She'll admit, his neat nanite gadgetry has caught her eye -- she wants to know how it works -- but not till they've cleared all the mooks out. "I see about twenty, but don't you let a single one escape, got it? See if you can corral them all back here!" Her grin goes a little savage, and she laughs. "And then I'll punish them all at once."

He looks around the area that Lina's referring to, not really seeing a good spot to leave this guy so he wouldn't just go running off again. He only had two hands, he couldn't exactly hold all of them. But the longer he hung around doing nothing the better chance they had of escaping, he he went flying off toward where he saw the most guys.

Dropping the robber he'd been hold, he put his hands together to try and form some sort of scooping barrier, trying to push as many guys together as he could. Not exactly an easy task.

"Can't you make a magic cage or something to hold these guys?"
