METABEE "BRONZE BEETLE"
A prototype weapon designed by the Medabot Corporation and under CONDOR supervision, Metabee is a small robot specializing in mid-long range combat and is armed with lasers and missiles. He is pretty stubborn and hot headed, has problems with authority, and thinks he is the greatest invention since sliced bread. He doesn't have a superhero costume but will probably be trying to get one to look cooler. He is not CONDOR's favorite Medabot. He is a huge dork.
YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF THIS CHARACTER IF: You are a member of the Trailblazers, an agent of CONDOR (especially in R&D stuff), an employee of the Medabots Corporation, or anyone who has connections to the super high tech scientific community. He hasn't been in the superhero circuit long so he doesn't have much notoriety as far as the media is concerned, but is getting more attention since joining up with the Trailblazers.
YOU MAY KNOW THIS CHARACTER IF: You are with the Trailblazers, since he has been living with the team for a few months. any CONDOR liaisons with the team and CONDOR scientists related to the Medabot Project would know him better. Any scientists who worked on the project and fellow Medabots would know him really well.
PLANS & IDEAS FOR THIS CHARACTER: No specific plans here, still trying to get my feet under me and Metabee is sort of my test. I am anticipating plenty of interactions with fellow Trailblazers though. CONDOR is still determining if Medabots are sentient so they would probably push different people and team mates to interact with Metabee and then report on what happened.
THINGS YOU'D PREFER TO AVOID: Nothing off the top of my head.
ANYTHING ELSE: Metabee's alias doesn't really serve any purpose, since he doesn't really have a secret identity, he just thought it sounded cool. Probably just the media and general population would use it. For official business with he would probably be referred to by his project code, KBT-1.

Him and Katniss would have been dorm mates for a few months at this point.

Katniss is pretty off put by the fact that he's a robot. This is not something she's accustomed to.

Metabee meanwhile probably thinks she is pretty cool by nature of being from the future and one of the few Trailblazers who seems to know what she is doing. He has a tendency to look up to people he deems really intense and who are pretty powerful, so he has probably been making some questionable attempts to get on her good side.

Hey, ro-bro. Junpei might've been surprised at first, but he's got no problem with chilling out with a bot if the bot wants to hang out?

Junpei is probably Metabee's go-to-guy for cool hangouts, especially compared to the rest of the team so far.

Damn right, he says. Providing video game times and movies that aren't Karkat's romantic mush...

cynthia will probably want to be involved there if metabee doesn't object, hehe. she is the TOP AUTHORITY on what costumes are THE MOST HEROIC. she lives and breathes heroic. metabee, do you trust her

He would probably appreciate the help in acquiring things since his supervisors probably would not make the effort but he can be really stubborn about his tastes so that might be a problem.

i think that would actually make it pretty funny, like just imagine them having a pointless silly argument about which mask/cape/insignia was the most heroic :')

yes hello I would love to throw Milly at Metabee on account of she is a hotheaded enthusiastic (secret) cyborg and they would probably clash delightfully (also I love Medabots)

Yeah! Sounds cool. I am not familiar with Milly or her canon at all so this could be fun!

THAT'S OK most people don't, it is a hella obscure canon 8D mostly what you need to know is that she is aggressively friendly, kind of bossy but with a heart of gold, and also is a secret cyborg thanks to her dad who is an ambiguously villainous scientist who wants to make EVERYONE into a cyborg. her family life is complicated.

i have plans for her to join the trailblazers in the future too so :D

Yeah, sounds like she and Metabee would get on awesomely, though until she join Trailblazers they would probably only be able to meetup on, I don't know, chance team ups since he isn't really supposed to go around unsupervised.

Yeah, for sure. I feel like vitrolic best bud is pretty much Metabee's primarily state of being at this point.
